These terms apply when you use the Crown Air Duct website, contact us, or book a service. By doing so, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Prices given by phone, text or on our website are estimates based on the information you share. We confirm the price with you before any work starts. Repairs are quoted separately, with photos of the problem, and are done only with your approval.
Appointments
We schedule visits in time windows and text you when we're on the way. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can. An adult (18 or older) should be home during the visit.
Our work
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. An inspection reflects the condition of the parts of the air duct we can safely see and reach on the day of the visit. It is not a guarantee against future problems, and conditions can change over time and with use.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Text messages (SMS)
When you opt in, Crown Air Duct sends text messages about your request, appointments, arrival updates, your duct cleaning report and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (980) 247-4496. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Website content
Photos on this website include illustrative images. Your own air duct report shows photos taken at your home.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
